Frozen fruit, vegetable producer Hortex leaves Russia

MOSCOW, Jul 15 (PRIME) – One of the world’s producers of frozen fruit and vegetables, Poland's Hortex has left the Russian market, while its assets were purchased by Agama, according to the legal entities register seen by PRIME on Friday.

According to the register, 100% in Hortex Frozen Foods, representing Hortex in Russia, has been owned by fish and seafood maker Agama since Monday.

Hortex Frozen Foods owns two plants in the Moscow Region and a plant in the Karelia Republic.
